CONFETTI CROWN understands that sometimes schedules change. We do requests at least 24-hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment through a deposit that will be applied to your service. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or for which clients are a “No-Show” for will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount.

Please note that if you are over 10 minutes late we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 10 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged for 50% of the service scheduled. If you should need to cancel your appointment online please contact our front desk at 541.686.1692 to refund your deposited amount.

CONFETTI CROWN values your time and feels that it is fair to honor the same policies we hold to our clients. Should we need to cancel on a client due to unforeseen events with less than 24 hours notice we will honor 20% off your next identical service if we can not find a suitable time the same day for your service. And, we will do all we can to reschedule your appointment in a timely manner.

Services are non-refundable. If you are unhappy for any reason please contact us within 48 hours and we will gladly fix any issues regarding the service you received.
