This visit was marrred by someone (christi, crissy?) walkking through to building waving burning sage.This did not just smell awful, it is dangerous in a place of business. Then, when it came time to pay my bill, I was shocked at the price increase. Some warning (as was provided the last time prices jumped) would have been apprecited. I about chocked when the receptionist told me the price - but my hair was already done. I just cannot afford to continue patronizing this business at these prices. I will miss Frank, but I guess it’s time for me to go grey.

Had my wedding trial yesterday. I have SO MUCH hair. I was a little nervous I was going to look like a poodle after my updo was all piled on. But Semone made me look really freaking good. The look she gave me was extremely elegant but also somehow very modern, unique, and super freaking cool. She was also generally just very chill. I have a lot of anxiety about going to salons and the appointment was easy and relaxing. Then I went to Shelby for makeup. Told her I wanted to look glowy and ethereal and also that I don’t wear a lot of makeup. She was so patient with my fluttery eyelids and made me look absolutely gorgeous. I love that she listened to me and that my skin and freckles shone through the makeup. When I got home from the trial, my fiancé was speechless! When he did get words out of his mouth they were, and I quote, “well damn you look hot.” All in all a wonderful success!

Natalia was lovely! She was helpful, patient, attentive, personable, just such a pleasure to work with. We got permanent jewelry done and she has an eye for detail and surgical precision!! I dont really leave reviews , but i\'ve just been so happy with Semone. She always does an amazing job with my haircut! The only person in town I trust with my curls. She always brings my curls back to life! I always leave the salon with a smile and much more educated about how to care/style my hair. Thank you, I already booked my next appointment!

Everyone was great at working me in after I messed up my appointment time. Once again, Frank is always great.

Alison did a fantastic job with my cut and color. I recently moved, leaving behind my beloved hair stylist and was really nervous to try someone new. The whole experience was great!
